Bailcast have been distributing and manufacturing rubber vehicle components as well as the associated tools and accessories since establishment in 1980 by Philip Hayward.
In 2020 the company was purchased from Philip by the Management team.
Our premises are located in Chorley, a small market town, in Lancashire, North West England.
Having almost 40 years' experience in the design and manufacture of rubber vehicle components, Bailcast has built up a large network of global distributors that currently cover over 40 countries.

Duraboot®, designed and manufactured exclusively by Bailcast, was the original aftermarket stretchy CV boot and remains the market leader.
Along with the boots Bailcast also manufacture the Duragun® and Duralec® CV boot fitting tools.
